What is Special about Roadrunner Pharmacy’s Shipping Policy?
All new prescriptions are shipped by overnight delivery FREE when ready. More often than not you receive the order the next day. However sometimes the order is called in by the clinic late in the day and is not processed until the next day. While we diligently try and get all information, sometimes the order may not get out because we must wait on customers to return our calls to obtain address and credit card information. Also, the order can take several hours to make as in the case of injectables, sterile ophthalmics etc...
FREE Guaranteed Overnight Delivery occurs automatically when the clinic orders compounds in either a suspension or capsule form and the prescription is billed and shipped to the clinic. Because we don’t have to call anyone else and capsules and suspensions are our forte, we guarantee you will have at least everything in your order that is a capsule or suspension in your hand the next business day or its FREE as long as we receive the order by telephone before 2 PM Arizona Time.
The only exceptions would be in the rare case the product is not available and we will tell you over the telephone on the same call or call you back within the hour. Also we will not credit free product for the wrong address, faxed prescriptions, or delays with the shipper beyond this pharmacy’s control. Friday’s new capsule and suspension compounds not requiring ice are delivered the following Monday and those requiring ice will be shipped Monday for Tuesday delivery. The guarantee does not apply to Custom Parasite Prevention.
All Refills are shipped FREE 2nd Day Delivery by Air or Ground When Ready. Some Refills involve verifying information at clinics or with the pet owner and can cause delay. However, all Refills should arrive at the customer within 5 business days of receiving complete information. All medications are labeled to allow up to 5 business days for refills as reminders. Overnight options are available for refills for the added shipping expense.
